I have never placed orders with NI. Do I need to setup an Account?

As of January 1st 2021, all orders for Phase Matrix products must be placed with NI Corp. and its distributions partners. Please contact your local NI office for purchasing instructions and options as they may vary by country. In most countries it is not necessary to establish an account with NI prior to placing an order. Credit terms will generally be established upon processing of an order if not already established.


I am ordering from outside the United States. Do I need an end-user statement?

Please contact your local NI office for Trade Compliance information as trade compliance and export licenses requirements may vary by country.


I have a PMI part number. How do I find the equivalent NI part number?

The NI part numbers have been added to this website on the respective "Ordering Information" tabs for each applicable product. If the product is marked 'End of life' or 'Obsolete' then there will not be an orderable NI part number.
